I was checking Ultimatedisney's release schedule and check what I found

That site is often VERY quick to jump at rumours, so I wouldn't take anything they say about release dates too seriously until it's confirmed by Disney.

Yeah, that could be true but the spring release would make a lot of sense... I read in some other thread that an earlier Beauty and the Beast trailer had the Fall 2010 announcement at the end however, in the Snow White blu-ray it just says "coming soon"...

I agree, they use the vault cycle to make predictions.....Its a predictable cycle

I feel reasonably certain that it will come out in 2010.

Like HELLLLOOO!!!!! OK, so Iam checking out Monsters Inc on Blu this evening. Can't even explain how awesome it looks!! So i decide to check out the BD-Live since I havnt been there in awhile. Soooo, I think I went to 'downloads' (can't remember now cause i was so excited.) and what do I find ............ Beauty & The Beast trailer! Available in HD!!!!

EXACTLY!!! So of course I download it immediately. Well, let me just say. If you are waiting for this movie to hit Blu as much as iam? OMFG!! This movie looks like its 1081p!! Maybe even 1099!!! (ok, I'll stop!) But seriously, if you havnt seen this trailer in HD, i highly suggest you do. If your a B&TB fan, you won't be disappointed.

The trailer debuted on the 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' Diamond Edition in HD and can also be found on the Blu-Ray of 'Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure.' It's coming to Blu-Ray in October 2010 as a Diamond Edition.

WOW!! Back when SW came out. Like i said, I havnt checked out Disney BD-Live in awhile. Gonna have to keep up to date on that for now on.

I agree with you. Iam starting to get that sense that it will be the May release, and they'll push the Fantasia's back to Oct. But, as of today, Beauty is still slated for an Oct. release.

and Iam ok with that too!!

Yeah it does look sick! I cant wait for that and Aladin,Hercules and Lion king. What looks even better than those (animation wise) is that new movie the princess and the frog. Its the best hand drawn animation I have ever laid eyes on! I hope they start bringing these out once a year.

Beauty and the Beast is one of my all-time favorites! Whenever the release comes, it'll likely be a day-one acquisition for me.

Yeah I'm hoping it will be a Spring release too... Wikipedia says it will and there's still no SNEAK PEEK for Fantasia... and I still don't see a trailer for Beauty and the Beast 3D so maybe it was postponed until 2011 to coincide with the 20th anniversary

It's one of my favorite movies.

Can't wait for the Blu Ray version.

Tempted to sell my DVD version but ... I just can't.

Maybe it will be like Snow White where I sell back my DVD on release day for $10 and I pick up the Blu Ray with DVD for $9.99. I hope so.

Edit- I always ignore BD Live but if I can actually download this trailer to my hard drive then that's fantastic. I'll have to go try it out.
