Nobody should get their hopes up. The seller probably has an automated process to produce his/her eBay item based upon the advanced material the studios put out on releases. The seller just hadn't yet realized that he has to "override" this and delete the auction.

Well that was fast! I got a notice that Paramount has discontinued this title on BD and they refunded my money!

Figures...it was worth a try!

I ordered two from a half.ebay.com - first I've heard of that site but the seller sent a mail and claims to be shipping them tomorrow.
