Paramount movies/logos? These discs will still be out there until they're sold.

I ordered BABEL as one of my 5 (it is one of the best films I have seen in a LONG time) --- I only hope that it arrives before the supply is gone.

So they are stopping the Blu-Ray versions of these movies only to remake them when blu-ray wins? That's kind of lame.

Babel/Paramount logo, get the Paramount one's while they have them, I guess.

They are stopping them as not to bolster the blu-ray title sales figures. Face saved in is more important than admitting a mistake or defeat. Besides, if they are under a $150,000,000 contract, they are probably required to comply immediatly.

I said it before, breaking and dumping is nothing new in retail. I wonder if they broke any enviromental laws in the destruction and disposal of that stuff.

I have a feeling that there are still plenty of Paramount titles available and will be for a while yet. I wouldn't really worry about not being able to get one.

I have all the paramount titles that I want, and honestly there aren't many.
