Default Size of Your Primary HDTV Set?

Just a fun poll to see what the members here have as far as the size of their primary HDTV set and in retrospect if you'd go smaller or larger than what you have now. Vote for the size and then smaller or larger.

106" and I'm planning on trying to squeeze a 150" in the new room..... might make it 130-ish just so I have some room to play around with speaker placement. Won't know until I get some stuff set up.

I bought my primary set, a Sony Grand WEGA SXRD 50" for Christmas, 2006. My wife, has never been one to understand my obsession with techno gadgetry. Back in the day, it took a lot of convincing for her to see the logic in purchasing a conventional 27" CRT TV. Needless to say, it took a heck of a lot of convincing to get her to agree to pull the trigger on the big screen. When the new set was delivered and set up, the first thing she said was, "That looks too small, because I can see gaps at the sides of the cabinet. You should have ordered the 60" set."

I just don't get women. Next time, I'm definitely going bigger.

That's just a stereotype........
[Show spoiler] Just because they're bigger, doesn't mean they can cook any better

My 52" LCD gets the most usage and is great for daily use, but no TV I've seen compares to watching a movie at home on my 100" screen

Our main is a 65" Panny Plasma. My wife, god bless her is the one who recomended we get a bigger set. She wanted a 82" Mitsu DLP like our 52" we have but once she saw the plasma and the DLP at store it was a no brainer what to get. If i had the right house i would definately get a 100"+ screen. Go big and GO DUCKS!

I have a 50" Panasonic DLP TV. I bought this just right before flat panel TV production started to explode. Back then, a 42" flat panel was running around $3000 to $4000 and the 50" version was over $10000. I'll upgrade to a larger size flat panel eventually but not before we find out how the so called 3D technology pan out.

I would like to have a 100" + screen. However, I don't have the space to accommodate this and I'm not about to put the screen in the garage.

I had a 73" Mits that I recently sold to a buddy of mine. I decided to go a little smaller(65" Mits 3D) and my wife thought I had lost my mind. The 65" is actually a better fit for the size of my room. It may have been a downgrade in size but it was a major upgrade in features, so it's all good.
