Where is Scarface - Blu-ray Forum

does anyone know if there planning on releasing scarface for blu-ray?? that is one of my all time favorites and i think would be awesome on it...

No plans for a very long time. Scarface is a Universal title.

The original Scarface from 1932 was good too,But I liked the remake with Al Pacino more.

I like the original alot, this would be a nice title on blu-ray but makes ya think how it could actually improve on quality seeing as how old it is.

If this would come out on Blu, then I could get Al's two best films, scar and dog days, I prefer dog days afternoon a lil bit more, but none the less these were his two best films I thought.

Al Pacino has too many great movies to name....Godfather anyone-my all time fav.

I also really liked him in Devil's Advocate-there are so many many more though.

omg, put a ? mark at the end of your thread title. i can basically guarantee every person that clicks on this link will expect a scarface release date or something. OP needs to be hog tied and chain-sawed but that's just my opinion

I agree! I'd love Scarface on blu. They came out with the Platinum edition with re-mixed sound. I held off. I've got the full screen edition dvd.

So an upgrade is preferable. DTS ftw!

I cant believe its taken so long for this to make its way to BD. It's not the greatest gangster flick ever, but it's arguably the most influential, right there with the Godfather.
