Henry Fool and Fay Grim - Blu-ray Forum

Am I the only one on the planet who has seen these two movies? They are great, and I am trying so hard to not buy them on DVD. I doubt they will come out anytime soon, but I could watch these over and over.

No, Barbie-Shrimp, you're not the only one who's seen Henry Fool and Fay Grim. I haven't seen Henry Fool in a year or two, but I remember it like yesterday. And I just watched Fay Grim a week ago, and I liked what I saw of it! It was nice to see the sequel focus on Parker Posey's side of things, and the supporting performances from Jeff Goldblum, Saffron Burrows, James Urbaniak, Liam Aiken, and of course, Henry Fool himself, Thomas Jay Ryan, were top-notch! If these movies were to make their way to Blu-ray in the near future, they would be day one purchases right there!

I want to bump this, because more people need to see these movies. I hate feeling like one of 5 people in the whole world who has seen them.

I agree. Not just because we're friends in real life, but because I agree of my own accord regardless of my feelings for her.

Great movies. Maybe they'll get a BD release when Ned Rifle comes out.

By the way, one Amazon reviewer claims that the Henry Fool DVDs are trimmed to widescreen from a VHS source rather than presented in full -- does anyone know if this is true, and, if so, whether online streaming versions have suffered the same fate?
