Any of you guys know this quote?
I'm not sure if the quote is completely like that but it is more or less directly translated from danish.
Personally I don't like a messy apartment, but I won't go crazy if there is some mess here and there, but there is a limit!
Me and my gf live with our roommate in a fairly big apartment, he usually has dishes just laying there for days, trash he just leaves on the table or where ever and there's a fricking trashcan in the same room!

Some days ago he posted that quote on his facebook, indirectly calling me a fool, which angers me slightly because his mess annoys both me and my gf, anyways any thoughts?
To me, that quote is just an excuse for laziness, plain and simple.

He kind of has a point, genius tends to be accompanied by some flaw, like insanity. No excuse for him not to pick up after himself, though.

Some days when I feel like crap, I clean and organize the living room and do the dishes, it's funny how it makes you feel better and more fresh afterwards.

Yeah sometimes when you feel slow and crappy it's only because you need to freshen up, maybe you could explain that to him.

Being a "Genius" = "Laziness and Mess".

Its a simple equation because in reality Geniuses are Messy. Tony Stark is a good example.

I've seen some episodes, they can be quite fun! although one time the bully actually got more money than the victim

But we never clean up after him, we just collect the trash and dishes and put them somewhere else, no way in hell are we going to do it for him.
