I know there are movies but are there any games with or that are going to be BD50s? (I hope MGS4 is)

MGS4 is the first game i know of that is confirmed for BD50. Stranglehold might also be BD50 for the collectors edition with Hard Boiled on it, but no one knows for sure yet. Final Fantasy 13 and Versus 13 are assured to be BD50s.

developers of mgs4 have said it will use close to almost all 50 gigs not that shocking considering just teh audio for hevenly sword was something like 12 gigs
