Default Circuit City Stock?

how often does circuit city add items to their stock?

I thought maybe someone here might work there.

Is there a certain day where they typically get in new items such as audio equipment or can it happen any day?

typically there are 2-3 truck shipments per week. But that does not mean there will be new items or replenished items that are low/not in stock.

And if you're looking for new models, well those come randomly whenever the manufacturer sends them.

im lucky since i went in tonight with my fry's printout of underworld unrated and actually found it in stock. last copy so i took it off their hands. they priced it at 24.99 but with the printout of fry's offering 19.99 i got the better deal since they do price match. my total came out to 21.?? something. far less than paying like 28 for the movie. so i saved about 7 bucks. not bad.

What about Amazon.com........They seem to be the cheapest = no tax, and no shipping on orders over $25.00.....and lots of titles available.

thats the beauty of being an employee... i get to get all of these titles for about 18 bux after tax. for example, got fantastic four rise of the silver surfer for about 19 today. its normally priced at 29.99...hehehe. love these benefits.

The problem i have and I do atleast once a week is they are shipped with te regular dvd's and nothing on the shipping labels will tell you which ones have and BD's in them. So I open em all and check, every week there is something just have to get it out and be vocal about getting them out. I am affraid most highschool kids who stock the shelves dont know or care about blu-ray.

just ask for the manager they will take care of it if you ask most people including management that dont know anything will not push the team to care for it. i am a manager and i care and i believe it shows.

The problem I have with the Circuit City in my area is that the Blu-rays (including HD-DVD) are not put in any specific order. You have to go through every movie in order to find a title you want. It would be nice if they alphabetize them like Best Buy.
