I just bought a Blu-ray player; which movie(s) should I get?

How many times do we get aksed that. By the frequency of the requests it means the team here should be making it easier. To enable us to do that we are seeking your assistance. The assumption is that if a first player has been purchased although Audio is a critical component the question that is normally asked is which is the best looking Which has the best PQ or Which the best, so to keep it simple stick to PQ.

Rules
Please only list movies you have seen and enjoyed that have the highest picture quality WOW factor.
Please list up to 2 titles for each category, you don't need to put in 2 titles you can recommend 1 or none for a Category.
Please nominate your region and stick to one region (the one you live in - even if the title is ABC).
Please do not nominate any Paramount or Porn titles.
Please do not add a commentary or change the layout.
Please only include Blu-ray releases.

This will be left open until late next week - then locked, a summary of the top 5 for each category and region will be listed so any newbie that asks the question can be pointed to one place. This survey or a new improved one will be conducted at random infrequent periods.

Individual credit will not be given only a collective credit. Use the categories listed under the movies tab for genre on this site if you are unsure.
