Independence Day (DVD) won't play on my PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

Independence Day (DVD) won't play on my PS3, you know when you put a disc in the PS3 you either get a DVD or BD icon? Well, I don't even get that. I tried the dvd on a dvd player and it works fine. Has this happened to any of you guys?

If you have the movie on DVD please try it on you PS3 and report to me if it works.

Just tried it and it plays fine. Maybe your disc is dirty.

Your problems are resolved in 6 weeks and 2 days.

Put that DVD back in its case and wait for the good version to come out on December 4th from Fox, available in high definition exclusively on Blu-ray.
