I agree with you. Walmart seems to not sell hardly any Catalog titles. They mainly just sell new mainstream movies on Blu-ray.

Maybe after a while they will start to carry more catlog Blu's.

I got mine off amazon and i have a amazon rewards credit card so i get points and money back for every thing i buy. and the prices are already lower then most stores so i think amazon is the way to go.

I once bought Simcity (the original) online, after all the fees, shipping and handling, and the price of the product, I ended up spending $50 for a DOS game when I was hoping for a Windows version... after that I said screw it, I buy locally...

I got mine at BB. You have to ask the employer to get it off at the warehouse. There are 2-3 of us looking for ID4 and about 5 minutes later, he came in with 8 copies.

Wow... some of you have pretty begrudging and illogical reasons not to buy online.

Amazon.com = fast, cheap, generally good CS. And with my Prime subscription, I get new releases same-day. (ID4 movie night tonight!)

I would and do recommend Amazon to friends & co-workers, I've literally spent several thousands there over the past 6 or more years. Yes, a few times I didn't get my items but refunds were easy and painless in each instance (and these few bad experiences accounted for a tiny percentage of my total purchases).

That said, supoprting your local retailer as suggested by a poster above is a damn fine thing to do also...

My best buy rep says our store isnt getting any, only carrying online. I ordered mine from amazon but I know Ill see ID4 in there in a couple of days, they just dont even want to look

Got mine from Best Buy. They had Independence Day (ID4), No Country for Old Men, Hitman, and Dan in Real Life already out. I had to ask for (and wait for them to find them in the back) I, Robot, Gattaca and Sleuth. Those 3 weren't on the shelves yet or in the boxes close by. They also took off $3.33 on 3 of the titles for some reason.
