A Christmas Story is the most important Christmas title to own. It's a Wonderful Life is also another must own.

Somebody else put this in their list and I have to emphasize that you must have WHITE CHRISTMAS in your collection.

Not only is it a great movie (my Xmas favorite) but it is a reference quality title. When I want to demonstrate Blu-ray, I load up WHITE CHRISTMAS...even if it's the middle of July.

Any of the Rankin/Bass classics are great:

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Frosty the Snowman
Santa Claus is Comin' To Town
The Year Without a Santa Claus

Also, if you're a Disney fan, Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas.

A Christmas Carol (starring always brilliant George C. Scott) is a simply delightful experience.

A Charlie Brown Christmas. For a little bit more you can get the holiday collection which I highly recommend.

Make the Yuletide Gay

I also actually like a lot of the Fireplace and Christmas Lights scenic BDs. They're great to play in the background when company is over.
