Im interested in buying the TH-50PZ750U pannaosnic plasma.

1. Is it that important to really care abotu authorized versus nonauthorized dealer purchases? most of these places all have the same dam sets as any other guy selling it. As long as the thing is new sealed, and has all the new accessories in the box with no tamperin gon the seal ...i shoul dbe fine, right?

reason im asking this is cuz i have an online retailer selling it for $2300 shipped.

2. I think $2300 shipped is incredible pricing, unless anyone else knwos of a better price than that???????
