jedisinclair Senior Member Member since:Nov 2006 Blu-ray collection:42 Trading Score:3	Panasonic DMP-BD30 OR PS3 40gb? I have a PS3 and love it. I've managed to convince a friend to go Blu-ray (he was fence sitting). He has decided to either get a new 40gb PS3 or the new Panasonic DMP-BD30. He's watched movies with me on my PS3 so we know how great it is as a Blu-ray movie player. I myself am considering buying a second one. But, my friend isn't a gamer and likes the idea of a standalone (although he admits the PS3 looks pretty slick). A few questions: Is the PQ going to be better on the Panny? Does the PS3 do 24fps? What general comparisons can you guys make? Thanks so much for the input. (Note: creating a poll too)...
