The IMDB page lists August 9, 2013 as the release date, so I'll add it to the OP. I'm not sure how accurate it is though.

A guy a read saw it at SXSW and said that the film is more bothered about taking place completely at the side of the road over being genuinely funny, he then went on to say it was completely unbearable. But most reviews are positive on Rotten Tomatoes and it looked funny to me, in a quirky Wes Anderson way.

I watched 20-30 minutes On Demand and had to shut it off.

One of the driest and plotless films of the year.

I really liked it, charming and great cinematography Hirsch and Rudd were both great as was the dialogue, kind of a more restrained Wes Anderson vibe.

Enjoyed this one enough, it's funny in places and even surreal in others, at times it was too indie for me as I expected, but at other times it gave me this vast feeling of freedom that I also got from films like The Master, directors letting anything go.

If you're a fan of Haneke I think you'll really like Neighboring Sounds, I can only reiterate the claims of it being a fantastic feature debut.

Awesome (on both accounts). I only brought it up because that's another film Scott couldn't watch all the way through.

Cool, I wasn't aware of Fill the Void so I'd like to see how you rate it, it doesn't come out over here for a couple months. Finally getting Frances Ha this weekend.
