Subs:

... but I wonder if that's a mistake about the JP subs. Probably English subs. As for the English audio, that might also be a mistake but not necessarily. Tokyo Gore Police and The Machine Girl both had English dubs as well as subs on the Japanese DVDs back in 2009.
