Sony ToS reveals troubling update

Now, whilst I love Sony and all they promised. It does slightly worry me when they start updating their ToS to include this:

"You must not resell either Disc-based Software or Software Downloads, unless expressly authorised by us and, if the publisher is another company, additionally by the publisher."

Essentially that makes selling games a technically illegal act. Which given Sony's stance on the ability to sell and buy used games should NEVER have been included in an updated ToS at ALL!

Now, i'm hopeful they won't enforce it, but if they do it's a big slap in the face of gamers that supported them. And even including it shows disrespect for us imo.
