Thanks to Quarry,
"Cecchi Gori" studio will release these awesome film on 09.06.2010.

Up for now the only details that we know are:
Main audio tracks: Italian, English /
Ita track: 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio
Subtitle: Italian
OAR: 1.85:1 Anamorphic

Lately Cecchi Gori did a nice thing with few Benignis title,so lets hope

Cecchi Gori HV ha postponed these title to 10/06/2010 even if will be available in some store 09/06

ok i've the bd and can confirm that:

-16:9 - 1,85:1 - HD 1080p 24
- its a bd 25
- Audio: Italian DTS HD 5.1 and English dts hd 5.1

- Subtitles: only italian
- Extra: interview with Jeff Bridges , John Goodman , Steve Buscemi , Ethan and Joel Coen. Making of and trailer.

Not yet saw, hope well even if its bd25

Nice transfer must say!
