Anyone have trouble with Fox titles?

I just got Rise of the Planet of the Apes in the mail, and it comes with a "Digital HD" copy, but it doesn't seem to be working, even on Foxredeem.com. I then tried a Prometheus UV code that I also recently bought, and that comes up as invalid too. Anyone else have similar issues with Fox titles? I entered a Pacific Rim (Warner) code right after those two, and it worked fine.

Both of these codes seem different from standard UV codes since they work with both iTunes and UV, I'm wondering if that's causing issues..I've contact Fox's Digital support, so let's see if they can fix this

update: Correction, only Prometheus works with both iTunes and UV, RotPOTA only looks to be UV
