I just got Rise of the Planet of the Apes in the mail, and it comes with a "Digital HD" copy, but it doesn't seem to be working, even on Foxredeem.com. I then tried a Prometheus UV code that I also recently bought, and that comes up as invalid too. Anyone else have similar issues with Fox titles? I entered a Pacific Rim (Warner) code right after those two, and it worked fine.
Both of these codes seem different from standard UV codes since they work with both iTunes and UV, I'm wondering if that's causing issues..I've contact Fox's Digital support, so let's see if they can fix this update: Correction, only Prometheus works with both iTunes and UV, RotPOTA only looks to be UV Last edited by MifuneFan; 06-25-2014 at 01:10 AM. |

I bought Prometheus and Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter the other day. Prometheus worked fine but Abraham didn't. I tried Vudu, Flixster and Foxredeem. So I sent them an email and to save time I sent them a pic with the receipt, the back of case with upc and the insert with the code. They responded about 5 days later with a new code. One that worked!!

Hi, I answered you via PM, but I figured I'd post here too. I thought the "Digital HD" copy with Rise of te Planet of the Apes worked with both, but it appears to just be UV. The Prometheus code definitely mentions that it works with both. Sorry for the confusion

Not sure if this will actually help anyone, but when my Prometheus code didn't work and I sent off an email for a replacement, this is what they asked I send:
- Title - Country - Bar Code Number - Redemption Code - Purchased new or used - Store purchased at When you initially send off an email you can try including that information to see if it speeds things along. I tried to do that by sending photos of the bar code/proof of purchase, code insert, and receipt, but apparently whoever receives the emails doesn't look at pictures because their reply asked me to send that information again in text format (I guess marshmellow143 just got lucky?) It's frustrating but it is what it is. Still have not received a new code since emailing them last week. Prometheus is the only Fox title I've tried to redeem so I can't say how problematic this might be for other titles. |
