Onkyo HT-SP908 7.1 Channel Home Theater System
For the price of $818.87,in your opinion is this a decent 7.1 setup? If not, what do you think is better without a much higher price tag? I really don't care about speakers unless there is another option that doesn't go beyond $1500.

but if you don't really care about speakers then there is really no point. You can have the best receiver in the world but without good speakers you are sunk.

Its all subjective. If you are enjoying it, then it is decent.

The Onkyo 908 is a good A/V & that price is not bad.

Hmm, I definitely see your point Pilam, but unless there are any speakers that don't break my budget, I'll pass. Thanks for the advice
