Not sure what's going on, but the current user count is over 12k now and is growing every minute. If I remember correctly, the previous high was something like 3k. Are we under attack?

Someone posted a link to the $319 coupon deal on the Hot Forums for the PS3 on Digg.com and the site is inundated with viewers!!! Its possible that the membership might grow exponentially

If I would like to take down the site I wouldn't go for the forum, but it could have been some sort of weird DOS or other malicious behaviour though, so thank you for reporting the odd behaviour. Feel more than welcome to continue doing so in the future, it's appreciated

I believe there are other threads mentioning that the spike in visitation is due to the digg-ing of the $319 PS3 thread.
