Officially, no. But then again, I haven't really watched a regular DVD in months since I've had my Blu's... I just stop looking through my movies for ones to watch when I reach the end of my Blu-rays...

Yea, it happen to my older brother.

At first he was like "What's the difference between blu-ray and dvd?"

Then I showed him a blu-ray movie in action and he says "There's no difference."

Then after 10 different blu-ray movie, when he went back to watch dvd, his reaction was. "Whoa, this is the same dvd movie I use to own? How come the quality isn't as good?"

My respond to him was. "The blu has got to you, brother."

Same here. Just got the latest Harry Potter on DVD (I'm going to wait for the box set of all 7 films on Blu-ray) and while I was watching it I was thinking 'this picture is crap', and I'm only watching at 1080i. DVD just looks so dull and lifeless compared to Blu-ray now.

I have similar experience. I don't have any desire to watch movies/shows on regular DVD format now. I just don't enjoy it much anymore. I only watch HD channels and Blu-ray movies, except for the daily News Hour.

Thats what I do and it looks great, do you have a horrible setup that makes DvDs look unbearable? There still good quality but not Hi Def. I personally have over a 1000 Dvd's and theres no way I will re buy all of them only my favorites.

Comma doesn't want anything to do with him since he beat the crap outta Period at the club last week. I heard Period caught him in bed with Exclamation Point and it's been downhill from then on.

I agree,

I've completely stopped buying DVDs and will only watch Blu-ray movies now. I'm spoiled on Blu and I don't want to invest another dime in DVDs when they are obsolete to me now.

I'm going broke buying all these blu-rays!

HEHE the only DVD I bought in the last year or so was Transformers.
Watching it up-converted will hold me over till it's available on Blu.
