virtua fighter is garbage in each and every way. i hated the first one and i hated everyone after that. you can't compare virtua fighter to street fighter. 2 completely different games.

You can compare tekken or soul caliber to VF5 but not Streetfighter. The gameplay is just too different.

You can't compare those 2 to VF5 either.

VF5 is absolutely chess, it's for the thoughtful and patient. Tekken and Soul edge are masher titles. I wish PS3 would put up TObal 2 as a downloadable title so people can experience the chess of that. I had a grapple session for almost 2 minutes once, it was amazing

Street fighter is its own thing, it's classic and timeless.

I can't wait

BS soul calibur is a masher's game. i love me some street fighter, definately old school, but soul calibur is bye far my favorite fighter game.

The only things you can compare streetfighter to is King of Fighters, and of course the VS games (Marvel Vs Capcom, Capcom Vs SNK)

Me too thats why Im so excited about this game

I am very very happy they didnt change Street Fighter like Midway did when Mortal Combat went 3D.

Of course you can, they're all 3d fighters. Sure they might have different tempos, but fighters only really fall into 2 camps: 2d or 3d
