Sweeney Todd is already out on Blu and is fantastic. I'd add the following for starters:
Sound of Music
My Fair Lady
Camelot
South Pacific
King and I
Oliver

Grease and The Sound of Music and South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. And now that Universal is Blu-ray, Mama Mia! hits theaters in July. I will most definitely be picking it up on Blu-ray this fall/winter! Meryl Streep is AMAZING!
