Is this Blu-ray OOP? I noticed that most online resellers were out of stock.

Yes. I wouldn't be surprised to see a box set pop up with the 3 XXX films.

xxx 3 is from Paramount, so that won't happen.

Note that the XXX included in that pack is the original release, not the 15th anniversary edition.

The Movie is like a missing piece - I skipped watching it back then now looking for it is pretty darn costly

Other studios have collaborated in the past for boxsets. It's not out of the realm of possibilities that Paramount and Sony could come to some agreement.

Sony includes a promotional feature for the third film on the anniversary edition of the first.

Found this at a local used place today for $5.99 and couldn't resist. If I hate it I'm sure I can sell it for a decent amount since it's OOP.

Getting a reissue in a double feature with xXx on November 2nd:

(will probably have the remastered release of the first one, don't know why the old one's in the bundle)

Yes, my copy came with the newer 2017 remastered Blu-ray of XXX.
XXX: State of the Union was the same disc from 2008.
