Olive Films will be releasing this Albert Zugsmith exploitationer about the beatnik culture-where no trip is too extreme, Daddy! Mamie Van Doren, Ray Danton, Jim Mitchum, Vampira, Louis Armstrong, Irish "Sheena" McCalla, and the usual bizarre Zugsmith repertory gang blow the lid off of the beat culture.

If only Olive could acquire Zugsmith's true cult classic, GIRLS TOWN (1959).

On the subject of beat generation films, I wish that Warner would release an Archive Blu-ray disc of THE SUBTERRANEANS. I don't think that film was ever on VHS or DVD (ditto for THE BEAT GENERATION).
