Are we limiting this to 2nd films? If so, there's:

Patriot Games
Major League II
Speed 2: Cruise Control
Blues Brothers 2000
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Gremlins 2: The New Batch
Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment
The Legend of Zorro

A Good Day To Die Hard was actually R. Live Free was the only PG-13 entry.

Wasn't Half-Blood Prince made PG due to Order of the Phoenix not making profit as well.

Mad Max 3 and Die Hard 4 were the biggest bummers for me. NEVER FORGET!

Terminator is about to fall into the same trap.

I think many people were surprised by the PG rating for Half-Blood Prince. It was a pretty disturbing movie, especially for young viewers.

Young Guns is R, Young Guns II is PG-13, but they basically have the same level of swearing, violence and butt shots. The only difference is two years.

Yeah, I thought that was really odd, considering I thought Order of the Phoenix was a bit lighter, yet that was PG-13 and Half-Blood Prince wasn't?! A lot of times film-ratings just don't make much sense.

Is it? I think it's rated PG but it was the reason a PG-13 rating was established, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, Temple of Doom was also PG. That and Gremlins led the MPAA to create the PG-13 rating.
