Yes. Transformers will be coming to BD. Not anytime soon though.

Don't know where you have been but no Transformers is not coming to blu-ray anytime soon since Paramount/Dreamwords went HD-DVD exclusive after Microsoft or Toshiba gave them a $150 million dollar check. We may get Transformers eventually but for now you can just enjoy it and let your PS3 or blu-ray player upscale it.

Do we really need all these damn threads abouth this movie? I've seen it, yes it did look nice, but in my opinion I thought it was average at best.

I agree, movie wasn't that good at all, very slow with that annoying kid. Hopefully the second one is better and by then HD-Dud is dead.

Apparently we do! The troll suspicion on my part with under 10 post members is simply how pathetically this is the only movie that they like to throw in our face asking "Hey, when is Transformers coming to blu-ray?" "Please forgive me for asking but I really don't know". Now, I'm not stating we have a troll here but... The really funny part of this is they have a grand total of...... One! While we get all of these great titles coming out weekly now. To all trolls now and in the future, please try to break up the monotony for us BD fans and find a different movie to throw in our face for a change.

Attention!!!!! The Transformers (1986) is available on blu-ray but imported from Europe. Try looking on ebay or whatever site you buy your merchandise from. It may be a pain in the ass to get but its there if you want it.
