What do you think the odds are of Six String Samurai coming out on blu?

It's great and odd and entertaining...I think it would be great...

This would be classified under "niche" title. I wouldn't expect to see this anytime in the near future.

Was just searching the net for any info on Six String Samurai on Blu-Ray.

So many great shots in this film. Would love to own it on Bluray.

Just adding my post in case a big pile of posts stacks up here requesting Six String Samurai on Blu causing it to motivate said distributer into a release.

I just hope that if they do the audio is what stands out. The Red Elvises are one of my all time favorite bands and the soundtrack alone makes the film that much better.

This film fueled my love for the The Red Elvises. Was a good time and would love to see it on Blur-Ray. Not holding my breath on it though.

I saw the title and thought "Who on earth would actually think that Six String Samurai might come out on blu-ray?"...then I went oh...it's me.

Thought I would check back here. Just watched this last week on DVD.

Still wishing a blu ray version existed. Maybe someone can get a hold of Lance Mungia and let him know there are 12 people who want Six String Samurai on Blu Ray.

I want this badly. It needs to happen. The DVD is so out dated. It isn't even in anamorphic widescreen.

I watched this movie on HBO back in the 90's and absolutely loved it.

Have been wanting to see it for many years since then, would love to see it get a proper blu ray release in the right aspect ratio and everything.

Not officially announced yet, but you should be able to buy Six String Samurai on Blu Ray and on UHD this May. Not sure if I should mention the label but I am Very Sure about the details.

This doesn’t seem like a title that would get a UHD release. Most labels have only dabbled with UHD and I would be very surprised if this ends up being one of them from any label. Six String Samurai doesn’t really have the recognition like Tremors (Arrow) or Suspiria (Synapse) or Mad Max (Kino) or They Live (Scream). If it does happen I’ll be very happy since this is at the top of my wants list but I’ll leave my breath holding to my sleep apnea.
