Rumoured Steelbook Releases: Forbidden Planet - Confirmed! Natural Born Killers - Confirmed! FAQ Does Entertainment Store charge your Credit/Debit Card as soon as you Pre-order? ES does not charge you until the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched. When will I get my Steelbook? Generally ES will prepare your Pre-order for dispatch the Wednesday/Thursday before release day. That means your Credit/Debit card will be charged the week before release date so make sure you have the funds available. Does Entertainment Store ship internationally? How much does it cost? ES does not ship internationally. UK shipping is free. How does Entertainment Store Ship their Steelbooks? ES use a cardboard box with the Steelbook shrink wrapped inside to help prevent damage whilst in transit. ![]() ![]() ![]() Returns There are 2 types of returns: Unwanted / Mistakenly ordered items: If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of the item being dispatched to you for a full refund, including any postage charges we have made to deliver the item to you. Please note that DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays, Games and other video and audio recordings, computer software and games which have been opened or have had their shrinkwrap removed are not eligible for return. Damaged / faulty items: If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty then we will endeavour to put this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then The Entertainment Store will pay for the cost of the return either via a pre-paid label or reimbursing you for reasonable shipping costs. This is going to be great, I'm off to get some cookies and Milk.
![]() ![]() In all seriousness though, I do find them a little expensive if I'm being honest, coupled with the fact they took the money out for GI Joe back in may, which is in blatant disregard of their Ts & Cs, I won't use them unless I can't get the Steelbook anywhere else. |

Updated the OP with a little FAQ, anything that you think I've missed out let me know
![]() I figured with Zavvi having it's own thread then ES could do with one too, since they are not that well known Isee a lot of questions poppin up in threads asking about delivery and who they are etc. Hopefully this helps. |

![]() ![]() However it is against their rules, and I wasn't the only one, I e-mailed them and they said it was Play.com's fault, as they had taken the money. |

From the bottom of one their invoices with a parcel, it says that they are part of 2Entertain who release a lot of the BBC DVDs and other titles, so they are quite big really
While I'm here, anyone want to hazard a guess as to which of the two Star Trek steelbooks will sell out first? |

Although I could see the Villain one selling out quite fast if that model is tidy, there's a heck of a lot of trekies/ers out there who'd love that thing. |

As World War Z is Paramount, and this will no doubt get a steelbook, then could this be another ES exclusive? |

With them picking up Dark Shadows, Cowboys & Aliens, Wrath of the titans etc I wondered if they had something to do with HMV as these were all HMV exclusives and these guys have them
![]() ES opened up in March they say and HMV vanished online in January but they were bought out around that time but now they are flogging the supposed Amazon exclusive The Hobbit steelie so I guess these guys have so much buying power they can get hold of anything. I have always been happy with the service to be fair got a good deal on my Jack Reacher just Ł15.99 sold off months afterwards, My Hansel & Gretel were spot on and my G.I Joe shipped yesterday so I am happy to give them some more business for Star Trek just hope the price is not to crazy as September is a very very expensive month thanks to Zavvi ![]() |
