I have just received my 5 disc Complete Blade Runner (Blu ray) and when I opened it both discs 4 & 5 are missing
I have contacted Amazon and hope they will send me replacement discs as I am in Australia.

I wouldn't blame it on Warner. If you ever work in a factory you'd now how things run. You'll have employees with good day and bad day and you might have employee whose HD-DVD supporter . I'm pretty sure packaging is automated, may be the machine failed to drop the disc or something.
But it sucks though that you waited this long for the disc and when you got it. It's not there. Hope they send you a replacement soon.

As long as you got the final cut disc, you are fine. Who really cares about the other versions???

Just plain wow! ...WB really needs to work hard rectifying their constant erroneous agenda...I'm now beginning to stay away from their BDs until this whole debacle is history....

Yet another reason why there should only be one format.

The Potter screw up was the best reason for why there should only be one format. This is just looks bad on the production line. I've seen multi disc SD DVD sets get mixed up like the one here.

Why don't you pull into a gas station, pay for 10 gallons, but only get 5? I'm sure your "Oh well" attitude will change real fast then.

Whatever factory Warner is using, is truly screwing things up.

the edge of some of my blade runner discs look like you could put them in a circular saw and start cutting wood with them

I just received my copy of the Ultimate Edition of Blade Runner from Amazon, it was sealed in plastic, so that was a good start. The first thing I did was to check disc 5 and thankfully it is the workprint disc. Santa was awfully good to me today.

I'm really sorry to learn that you only received three out of the five discs. Amazon's customer service is really good, so please get in contact with them and let them know what happened.
