Default 'Unbreakable,' 'Hidalgo' and 'Coyote Ugly' Coming to Blu-ray in April

Quote:
Touchstone and Buena Vista Home Entertainment are planning to release a trio of catalog titles April 1 on Blu-ray Disc. Comprising this diverse spring wave are M. Night Shyamalan's Unbreakable, Jerry Bruckheimer's Coyote Ugly, and the Viggo Mortensen horse epic Hidalgo.

It's still too early to report on technical specs or special features at this time. We can pass along Coyote Ugly will include both the theatrical and extended edition on Blu-ray. Look for additional disc information as the studio distributes it.

Unbreakable, Hidalgo and Coyote Ugly will all carry an SRP of $29.99. Check back regularly for updates and high resolution cover art.

Hopefully it is the unrated version of Coyote Ugly. Maybe I won't think that Unbreakable is a waste of time when I see it on Blu.

Wow,

Thanks! Unbreakable is one of my favorite movies. I still remember the first time I saw it - I didn't know what it was about and just loved it....

I've seen it many times since and this is one I'd love to have.

Great news. Unbreakable two months earlier than that rumor from a while back.

Is it just me or is the studios announcing a TON of movies now? I'm excited about all the new titles that are set to arrive by the end of March already(30 titles)... and now april is shaping up nicely..... Now if we can see what FOX/MGM has ready for us, remember they did say they are going to release close to 100 titles this year.....my wallet is going to hate me

What's so unrated about the Coyote Ugly Unrated Edition?

Just asking, y'know.

And Unbreakable will be mine for sure.

Hidalgo will look great in HD but I'm only interested in Unbreakable at this point. What about the sixth sense? That was M Knights's first movie.

And Signs! That was a great one. LOVE Unbreakable though and very glad I'll be able to see it in 1080p.

Unbreakable should be a real highlight for my collection, from its interesting visuals but also the music as it sweeps through the final act. I adore this movie since it suckered so many people into what they were actually seeing. I know a lot of folks who hated it once they realized what it was, but I thought it was simply brilliant.

Unbreakable is really the only M. Night film I own. It's a good film to upgrade.

I could care less about the other two, but Unbreakable is a definite buy for me.
