New Years Resolution - Buy Blu-ray, but save money - Blu-ray Forum

Hello Fellow Blu-Ray members,

Since I bought my PS3 in August, I've bought 15 PS3 Games and 36 Blu-ray movies. Most of these buys were the week of the title release date. Usually never on sale, Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. Looking back, this was a lot of money. Also, I was trying to help the blu-ray cause.

Now that I'm more savvy, it seems like if you just wait couple of weeks to a month, things go on sale. I just bought assassins creed for $40 at Best Buy. I think my new years resolution will be not to buy things when it just comes out, but wait several weeks.

Of course I'll be the first one online to buy MGS4, GT5, FFXIII, but as for blu-ray movies I'm going to wait for BOGO's or any type of sales.

Anyone else feels the same way?

well mine was to give up BUYING alcahol. Too expensive, hehe. And also if WB goes exclusive i promised myself to buy $200 worth of WB movies
