Disney Channel's "Girl Meets World" (Season 3) - Blu-ray Forum

Disney Channel is gonna follow-up Boy Meets World (my all-time favorite show) with "GIRL MEETS WORLD" which follows Cory and Topanga's pre-teen daughter. Disney is in talks with Ben Savage (Cory) and Danielle Fischel (Topanga) to reprise their roles.

This may or may not work, but I'm so excited to see how it turns out. Can't wait! Hopefully Mr. Feeny will be the teacher again.

Normally I'd never want something like this but it sounds interesting. Hopefully the same cast will be involved or not included at all, otherwise that'll be weird. If it doesn't work then oh well, it won't change how I feel about BMW.

i will absolutely watch this if they get both Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel. If it's only one of them no way. Hopefully Uncle Eric will appear at one point to see his "nich".

Disney Channel is the wrong audience for this. Disney Channel has changed. Every show is about the main kids wanting to be famous.

Damn, I remember watching Boy Meets World when it first aired. And one of the first shows I watched every ep as it aired.

This makes me feel so old now. lol.

I'm so exited for this. I'm hoping it'll end up on ABC Family though over Disney Channel. That seems like a much better fit for this. Especially considering they rerun 'Boy Meets World' all the time.

I have a feeling it may focus more on them then they're telling us. I hope a good portion of the characters make returns here and there.

Not if it's on Disney Channel. All of their shows make the parents seem like idiots.

Well, Kory isn't exactly a genius.

Until we know more though, I'm withholding judgment. I think it'll be moved to ABC family though. Makes more sense than being on Disney Channel.

I actually wouldn't mind this if its done right and the original cast including Feeny return in cameo roles from time to time, especially holiday and harder toned episodes.

I like this as long as it's done well, hasn't been a good Disney Channel show since WoWP ended.

I guess I'm the only one disappointed this wasn't about Cory's baby sister instead and they brought back Eric and the parents. Potential either way.

And I doubt that will happen since the actor is 85 but one cameo in the pilot would be great!

I'm 99% certain Eric's youngest sibling is a brother, I don't think I would like a show centered around Morgan if that's who you meant. I think this has potential, would be nice to see it be great and go at least 4 seasons.

He's still been acting over the years, and he was filming scenes for Grey's Anatomy as of late September of this year...so it is certainly possible he would show up, especially if the other stars did.
