Default How Loud is Too Loud?
I have a Denon 2807 reciever powering my home-theater system. Depending on the soundtrack of a movie, I will set my volume between 18 - 20 (I have no idea why the number gets smaller as you increase the volume). I have no idea how many decibles this is. I was hoping some folks with the Denon 2807
could chime in.

Chicks sometimes say "its loud" or "Oh my god" when the sub kicks in. But I've never been asked to turn it down.

Dudes just look like... smile, and give the thumbs up!

Am I going deaf people? Or do I crank it up just as all my fellow home theater addicts do?
