The military nation of Amestris, the grudges and hatreds of a persecuted people, and the countless tragedies caused by alchemy all form a dark vortex that will draw people and countries into its void. The Elric brothers forge ahead in their quest to transmute despair into hope...

I must say, I will be keeping my eye on the review of the US set when it comes out, I'm hoping the quality is very good. The BR version ends up being around ONLY £10 more than the DVD version, which makes the purchase definite for me.

I'm sure Manga UK will be keeping an eye on how this sells as well, and I'm hoping it will prove to be a move that will bring more series to blu ray in the UK.
