Default Another good use for Blu-ray

I can see combining a few movies onto 1 disc becoming popular. For instance, when Universal goes Blu (which they will) and releases Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer on 1 x 50GB disc with an awesome BD Java menu system. It gives another reason for those people questioning the reason to buy into a new movie format when they think DVD is good enough. Maybe it would even seamlessly play between a movie and it's sequel with an added transition between the two.

Maybe when and if the 100GB discs come out we can see this happen on movies that currently use up 50GB discs.

OP: This is already being done on some BCI releases. Sister Street Fighter & Sister Street Fighter II are on a BD25 according to the distributor PR.

The value of doing this may be only on B-grade movies that no one wants extras of. They won't do this on Conan movies.

Yeah, the Lionsgate Ultimate Avengers Blu-Ray does this as well (Ultimate Avengers 1 and 2 on one disc). I was hoping that they'd do the same when Doctor Strange came out (Iron Man + Doctor Strange), but unfortunately they did not.

I want Iron Man (the animated film) on Blu!

As a general rule, I really don't want 2 or more different movies on a single disc. I like having my movies each in separate cases on the shelf. It's one thing for B movies and crappy budget releases, but for mainstream hollywood movies, no thanks.

I like the idea of multiple films (sequels, trilogies, etc) on 1 disc, but only if it doesn't affect PQ/AQ, which seems unlikely to me.
