If you subscribed to Filmstruck, check your email. They're sending out codes for free movies. You don't have to be a recent subscriber. I only tried it for a month back when they started.

Wow, that is a super awesome parting gift. I didn't get to subscribing in time, so won't get one, but very jealous. It reminds though that I need to fork money over to the new Criterion Channel subscription instead of waiting too long.

Sorry to be cynical, but I wonder if they will or can count this as compensation for ending anyone's annual subscription early.

I've heard that annual subscribers got a prorated refund about 2 weeks ago. If you didn't receive one yet, drop them an email.
