Division 2 1440p@60fps - Blu-ray Forum

Can someone explain to me why I'm unable to get the game to run 1440p@60fps?

Win10
32gb ddr4 ram (dont remember the mhz for them)
Zotac RTX 2080

Not sure how that's possible with a 2080 but there are some games that are just blocked from a smooth 60 by current hardware limitations. I had a hell of a time getting Rage 2 to a locked 60 last month, even on annoyingly low settings. It's 1080p even on the Xbox One X though, so I assume it's just not built for higher res on modern hardware. Maybe the Division 2 has a similar issue?
