Yes it is. Turrible, just Turrible. This is the epitome of a bad January horror movie.

But I suppose everyone should make up their minds. You might end up liking it.

The film really doesn't have much to offer. Fortunately it was only 98 minutes long. It's still good to see low budget horror films getting theatrical screenings though and I will gladly (or not so gladly) sit through them.

Apparently this was filmed over the course of 17 days in the summer of 2020. And only just releasing now.

Watching the trailer, it looks okay. I'm a little burnt out on the group of people in the Final Destination getting eliminated one by one though. Even so, it reminds me of an episode of a series I enjoyed that featured an episode all about facing fears, so that's one good aspect of it.

The best way to overpower fear is to take very small steps on different days to get more comfortable around the thing that is feared, so it's not so "dangerous" all at one time. Like the fear of heights, instead of trying to climb to the tallest point, just start smaller, and hang out at that point for as long as you can until you start to feel more relaxed. Then return another day and increase the height slightly each time. It's also important to have a good grip too, with safe conditions, so it's not slippery or raining, too windy, etc.

This wasn't very good. I have to say I was impressed with the audio, though. Lots of whispering and sounds moving around the theater. I was expecting the main character to

I didn't realize that the director has such a large filmography.

I finally got around to watching this. It's not good, but I found it perfectly watchable. Pretty much on par with the rest of Deon Taylor's filmography (Black And Blue is his best, but Dead Tone and Chain Letter are trashy fun if you enjoy teen slasher movies).

I will say that I really liked the ending, even though it wasn't unexpected. But yeah, they kind of struck while the iron was cold for a COVID movie.
