Best Buy Holiday Return Policy?

"Gift purchases made NOV 1st - Dec 24th, 2007 Qaulify for the extended return period the last day for returns and exchanges under the extended return and exchange period is Jan 31st, 2008. The regular return and exchange policy resumes for purchases made on and after Dec 26th, 2007"

Does anyone know if BestBuy will take back opened Xbox 360's? I purchased a 360 on November 28th and I made a thread earlier of selling it, since I never really play it anymore, always at work. But I'm curious to find out if Bestbuy would take opened box Xbox 360's? I do have the Receipt and all the packaging, etc. Saved all the Orange & Green plastic baggies also. Everything is in perfect condition still, still looks brand new.

Even if i could get a store credit, I would be happy with that

Just go in with no receipt and say you got it as a gift and you should be able to get store credit.

I purchased the 360 as a gift, but I didn't get a GIFT Receipt, i still have the original sales receipt, but would i still be able to get a store credit without the Gift receipt?

Ya. Real receipt is good.

Gift receipt is good.

I suggest calling them first, so you can get a firm answer from them.
