Default The Shining code
Apparently there's been multiple issues with redeeming The Shining. It's supposed to be redeemable through MA. I bought a code and it was only allowing me to redeem via warnerredeem and only gave me the option to redeem via VUDU (I don't have a VUDU account).

I wasn't the only one, and other people have reported this issue as well. Has there been any update on it?
