sinned Member Member since:Nov 2011 4K collection:10 Blu-ray collection:1818 DVD collection:5 Digital collection:53 Trading Score:148	Missing Digital Code Insert I bought the Rambo Complete Collector's Set (4 movies) during Black Friday and it had a sticker in front from Vudu saying 'Digital Copy Included'. Just got around to opening it now and there was no digital code insert. Who should I be contacting about this issue - Vudu or Lionsgate? If Lionsgate, does anyone know their email address? Thanks in advance.
