High school loner Bird Fitcher (Prescott) has no idea what dark secrets are tied to the Polaroid vintage camera she stumbles upon, but it doesn’t take long to discover that those who have their picture taken meet a tragic end.

Let's see if Weinstein actually releases it. Will probably just pull it from the schedule like most of their stuff. Especially when it comes to their horror movies.

I suppose it is time for a "haunted camera" movie. We've had haunted PCs, cars, lamps (non-genie), cellphones and dolls. Why not a damn camera?

It reminds me of a episode of Are You Afraid of the dark. Where you take someone's picture and something bad happens to them.

August is such a garbage month for releases....I am now down to a mere 2 films to see. This looked decent.
And yeah, getting released a week before Star Wars doesn't seem any more logical.

Darn, this looked good. Well, hopefully it will be VOD pretty soon.

As a side-note, I understand why it happens (because practically everyone in Hollywood is beautiful or handsome), but it always kind of cracks me up -- people that look like Kathryn Prescott are very rarely loners.
