Film Masters will be releasing another double-feature from Roger Corman's production company (The Filmgroup) on January 16th. It will include The Devil's Partner (1961) from a new 4K restoration, as well as a bonus film of Corman's Creature From the Haunted Sea (1961), sourced from an HD Print. The release includes several extras including commentary tracks, and TV versions of each film.

A few more details on the extras from the official site. An interview with Roger Corman will be included as well.

I think this Film Masters double feature Blu-ray title is probably the one title announced so far that I want to get the most. The list of extras/bonus features are interesting-sounding (and varied) again. Liking that they're including the TV versions as a bonus.
Saw a Facebook post by Film Masters earlier which reminded me of this release (Ed Nelson is/was one of my favourite television actors). |

I watched Creature From the Haunted Sea and it was better PQ than I was expecting considering the disclaimer they put up. They showed some of the restoration work they did as an extra and it's pretty amazing. The film itself is very low tier. There is a running joke with two of the characters that make animal sounds which I can't imagine was funny even back in 1961. The creature is about as hilarious as it gets. It is a Roger Corman film and at just barely over an hour it goes by quick enough.
