Damages Season 1 - Blu-ray Forum

Is this any good? I saw it tonight at my local FYE and considered buying it because I had never seen it available on blu-ray before. But at $80 I figured I better look into its quality first...

Whoa, I didn't know this was out on Blu.

It's a very good show with some great acting (Glenn Close won the Golden Globe for best actress and another actress was nominated for best supporting). It's kind of like a "dark" LA Law except it follows just one case for the whole season (kind of like the first season of Murder One if you remember that series.) FX has also picked up the show for a 2nd & 3rd season so there will be more to the story.
