Recently, my 4K player has been unable to play Blu-Ray discs. I have a Philips BDP7302. I tried playing the Criterion Discs of “All About Eve” and “War of the Worlds.” In each case, the audio stutters and there is no video to speak of. 4K discs play fine. Is there a fix short of buying a new player? If I need a new player, what are your recommendations? I don’t have an Oppo sized budget.
