Hdmi 1.3a and a.3b what's the difference?

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between 1.3a and 1.3b?

I heard it was dat a is for consumers, and it has 19 pollars while the 1.3b is used for professionals with 29 pollars.

if this is tru will 1 be able to use a 1.3b cable with my ps3 and my onkyo 705.

I want to know this because i live in the netherlands and all the 1.3 hdmi cables i can find cost about 60 to 80 euros. However on the internet i found one for 30 euros but the website indicates that the cable is 1.3b certifed.
